Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please provide at least 24-hour advance notice. When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, I am unable to reschedule this time slot by offering it to another current client/or client on my waiting list.

Please note that failure to notify with less over 24 hours notice will result in a 'no-show/late cancellation' fee of the total out-of-pocket cost of your session.

If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be deemed as a 'no-show', and a full session no-show fee will be applied to the form of payment on file.
